Sooo a while ago Adri made this  amazing drawing and ever since then I've been rlly wanting to draw smth similar ;u;
I also haven't drawn smth historical related in a while either 

But yeah this was probably around the 1840s-50s for Sam here. I'm sure I've explained plenty of times so I really won't do it again. Let's just say most of his government officials were assholes and being broke makes Sam grumpy as well lmao
